Information you provide

If you email Paperkeep, the project receives your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. That information is used to respond, investigate corrections, address site issues, and maintain an appropriate record of the correspondence. Do not send sensitive or confidential information that is not necessary for the request.

Technical information

Hosting, security, content-delivery, and site-asset providers may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page, approximate location, timestamps, referring page, and security events. This information may be used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

External links

Guides link to libraries, archives, conservation organizations, and other independent websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those organizations. Review an external service's privacy information before providing it with personal information.

Retention and requests

Email and operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected] with a clear description of the request.

Policy changes

This policy will be updated when the site's actual services or data practices change materially. The date above will change only when the policy itself changes.
