The clearest way to reach Paperkeep is by email. Include the page address and enough detail to explain the request without sending sensitive or irreplaceable material.
Corrections and site issues
- Correction: include the article URL, the sentence or recommendation in question, and a reliable supporting source when available.
- Broken link: include the page URL and the link label that did not open.
- Accessibility issue: include the page, device or browser context, and what prevented access.
- Privacy request: identify the email address or interaction involved and the action requested.
Object-specific questions
Paperkeep cannot identify, appraise, authenticate, or prescribe treatment for an individual object by email. For a rare, valuable, wet, moldy, contaminated, stuck, flaking, or structurally unstable item, contact a qualified conservator or relevant local institution.
Before sending images
Do not send legal records, identity documents, addresses, medical information, private correspondence, or high-resolution images you do not have permission to share. A page URL and concise description are usually enough for editorial corrections.
